manav mangal sweeps top ranks in International Informatics Olympiad

An outstanding result was displayed by students of manav mangal school, sec-11, Panchkula in the second level of International Informatics Olympiad. It was organized by Silver Zone Foundation, New Delhi.

The written examination for the same was conducted in January 2016 for students who had already qualified the first level of the Olympiad. Around 60 students from class III to class X of the school competed with their counterparts at the International level. Out of these, 13 brought in lots of laurels and accolades as they have attained top 10 ranks in Haryana.

As an icing on the cake, one student ArjunWalia of class VI won 2nd position at the international level as well as 1st position in Haryana and has been awarded a Digicam alongwith certificate and medal for his achievement whereas YashVabhav of class V who scored 2nd position in Haryana has been awarded a Pierre Cardin pen.

The other top ten rankers in Haryana include Aditi and Srishti of class III, Anvay and  Mayank of class IV, Arnav Singh of class V, Yajat Mehta, Tushani Sukhija, Piyush Kumar of class VII, Aditya Bisla of class VIII, Vaibhav Jindal of class IX and Aagman Relan of class X respectively. The consistently excellent results produced by students of the school clearly indicate that they have carved a niche for themselves in these International Olympiads.

This excellent performance of the students is the result of their hard work and regular studies. Sandeep Sardana the school principal lauded the efforts of the students and teachers.

Sardana said, “I am proud of these talented youngsters who with their dedication brought accolades to the school and have set a high benchmark for themselves in life. The school will always provide students with ample opportunities and platforms to enhance their skills.” He also congratulated the parents of the students.
